Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AironRent. By placing an order or accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Period & Eligibility

• The AC is rented on an annual (12-month) basis.

• Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.

2. Payment & Charges

• All rental and installation charges are prepaid.

• A one-time installation fee of ₹999 applies to each order.

• No security deposit is required unless specified otherwise.

3. Delivery & Installation

• AC units will be delivered and installed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

• Installation is to be carried out only by AironRent-authorized technicians.

4. Usage & Care

• The customer must not tamper with or relocate the AC without prior written approval.

• The unit must be used as per instructions. Misuse or intentional damage will result in repair charges.

5. Maintenance & Repairs

• Free maintenance is included during the rental period.

• Customers must notify AironRent of any issues; unauthorized servicing is strictly prohibited.

6. Relocation & Reinstallation

• If relocating, customers must inform AironRent for reinstallation. Additional charges may apply.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations before dispatch are eligible for a refund after ₹500 processing fee.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch or installation.

8. Renewal & Return

• Customers will be notified before rental expiry. Renewal or unit return must be scheduled accordingly.

• If not renewed, AC pickup will be arranged within 7 working days post expiry.

9. Limitation of Liability

• AironRent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages during or after product usage.

10. Disputes & Jurisdiction

• All legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
