Well, here’s how you can change it or request help.

1. How and till when can I modify my order?

You can modify your order items up to one day before the scheduled delivery date by reaching out to our customer helpline, email, or chat support on the website. Please note:

  • Delivery date/time may change based on modification.
  • Rent and installation fee will be adjusted as per current pricing at the time of modification.
  • If address relocation is involved, you must notify AironRent at least two weeks in advance.

2. How can I cancel my existing order?

You may cancel your order up to one day before the agreed delivery date at no extra cost. Once delivery is completed, cancellation is no longer allowed.

3. Can I reject or return items at the time of delivery?

Yes, if a product has visible defects or non-functionality, you can reject it at the time of delivery. Please note:

  • Returns must be informed before our team leaves the premises.
  • Size or dimension issues are not valid reasons for rejection once delivery is confirmed.

4. Can I close my rental subscription before the committed tenure?

Yes, early closure is possible. Here's how:

  • Inform us 7 days before your desired return date.
  • Raise a request via email, WhatsApp, or customer support.

Avoiding Early Closure Charges:

  • If relocating to another city where we operate, your plan can be continued there.
  • You may also transfer your subscription to someone else.

5. What are the early closure charges?

Early closure fees apply based on your rental plan tenure and product category.

  • The charge is a multiple of your monthly rent.
  • View your current applicable charge anytime via your order dashboard or by contacting us.

6. How do I receive my refundable amount?

Refunds are processed after:

  • A successful product quality check
  • Clearance of all dues

The refund is initiated within 7–9 working days and credited to your registered bank account. If you wish to use another account, please contact customer support.

If any damage is found upon return, a damage cost will be deducted from your refund based on inspection.
