But if you still have doubts, here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

1. Where and When Do We Deliver?

We operate 7 days a week, ensuring delivery, installation, and pickup across the following cities:
Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Mysore, Jaipur, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gandhinagar, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Indore, Kochi, Hosur, Pondicherry & Visakhapatnam and Some More Adding Soon

Installation charges are ₹999 and will be collected along with your prepaid order.
If there is no lift access or lift usage permission at your premises, additional stair-carrying labor charges will apply.

2. Relocation Support

We offer free relocation within the same city (once during the rental period).
For inter-city relocation, you can book a fresh rental in the new city (if serviceable).
We strictly advise against self-relocation. Damage from unauthorized moves will be chargeable.

3. If You're Unavailable at Delivery Time

Please inform us in advance and share nominee details with a government ID proof via email.
Delivery will only be completed with verified authorization to ensure product safety.

4. No Lift at the Building?

Labor charges will apply if the delivery has to be made using stairs. Cost depends on floor number and order size.

5. Entry Restrictions from Societies or Landlords

Please ensure your society permits vehicle entry and shifting of large appliances.
Ensure all paperwork is completed in advance with your building or landlord to avoid last-minute restrictions.

6. Union or Local Labor Issues

AironRent manages transport unions at loading/unloading zones.
If labor unions at your location block unloading, you will have to handle negotiations. In extreme cases, we may cancel delivery and refund the logistics cost.
